Biggs Lake Fly-In Fishing Adventure Trip '25

The past few Julys, Matt Cavanaugh, Scott Hall, Kahle Pulley, Scott Stropkai, and I have headed north to Biggs Lake in Ontario for a fly-in fishing trip.

We fly in with Air Ivanhoe and stay at their Biggs Lake outpost cabin, which sits on its own island. The routine is pretty simple. Wake up. Drink coffee. Fish until you're hungry. Eat. Fish some more. Come back to the cabin. Play five-man euchre. Eat and drink a little too much.
