Reese’s Pandemic 16th Birthday Party!

We couldn’t have a typical sweet 16th birthday party for Reese because of COVID-19 and Shelter In Place rules, so instead, we got the local fire department, police personnel, and about 40 friends to create a birthday drive-by parade.
