How Our Yard Turns Into Christmas

There’s something about seeing these inflatables come to life that marks the true start of Christmas for us. It’s simple, but that’s what makes it meaningful.

Every year, we pull out the big bin of Christmas inflatables and turn the yard into our own little holiday display. It has become one of our favorite family traditions. The process is always the same and always a blast. We’re outside repairing blowers, untangling cords, trying to remember which plug goes where, and laughing our way through the setup.

This year was a little different in the best way. Sadie had a couple of her college friends jump in and help. They added plenty of laughs and made the whole thing feel a little bigger and more fun. A few hours outside together, doing something that makes the neighborhood smile and gives us one more memory to look back on.
